I have a few that I like, so I'm not sure if I'll be great help. I love the different shape concept for your business cards like number 2 and 3. I think I enjoy both equally, however, number 3 would be more ideal with sizing and type legibility. For your envelope I can already imagine how well number 7 would be if you had brown paper with texture to simulate a sugar cone. For your letter, I prefer 11, but not sure if that ties in with everything else. It makes more sense because it is a "drip," but maybe possibly making your letter the same as the envelope suggestion I made. For the billboard I can see 9 and 4 working the best. 9 ties with your logo more than number 4 just because I feel that the ice cream shows the significance of not being touched...which can be a bad thing. Hope this helps.
#12 works as a business card as well. it would make a really interesting one. i can see it being embossed too. i like this route for everything as i can see the letterhead diecut too in a similar fashion.

I love your billboard ideas. I really like number 4...I can picture it being there during the summer. I also like billboard 9 because it is so crazy and over the top! I would love to see a billboard like that.
For the stationery, I really like 12. It would be an appetizing letter and the rounded corner gives it so much interest! I really like that one. If you are going to use another stationery idea, I like the waffle cone textured idea.
